• Identity Information: Name, Surname, National ID No (for Turkish citizens)
• Contact Information: Email address, phone number, address information
• Financial Information: Last 4 digits of card (stored as token by PayTR)
• Transaction Security Information: IP address, device information, cookie data
• Tax Information: Tax number, tax office (for corporate customers)
• Subscription Information: Package type, duration, payment history
• Platform Data: Data collected by the platform(s) you connect to

3. PURPOSE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Providing and managing Premium subscription service
• Processing and tracking payment transactions
• Issuing invoices and financial documents
• Fulfilling legal obligations
• Conducting customer service and support processes
• Carrying out communication activities
• Ensuring service security and fraud prevention
• Technical operations necessary for the system to function

4. TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA

• PayTR: For secure payment processing
• Legal Institutions: When requested within legal obligations
• E-Archive System: For invoice issuance
• Service Providers: When necessary for service delivery and infrastructure management
• Platforms: The connected platforms (Google, Kick, Twitch, Discord, etc.)

5. RETENTION PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data:

• During subscription period and 10 years thereafter (as required by financial legislation)
• During relevant legal retention periods
• Deleted/anonymized when processing purpose ceases to exist

According to KVKK Article 11, you have the following rights:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if processed
• Learn the processing purpose and whether used appropriately
• Know 3rd parties to whom transferred domestically/abroad
• Request correction if incomplete/incorrect
• Request deletion/destruction under KVKK Article 7 conditions

• Request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing

7. APPLICATION METHOD

You can apply to exercise your rights through:

Your applications will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest. If the transaction requires cost, a fee may be requested according to KVKK tariff.

8. SECURITY MEASURES

To ensure the security of your personal data:

• SSL/TLS encryption is used
• Firewalls and unauthorized access prevention systems are active
• Card information is stored PCI-DSS compliant by PayTR
• Regular security audits are conducted
• Unauthorized access logs are maintained
