4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
IMPORTANT: WAIVER OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
When you purchase Premium subscription, you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal because the service starts immediately.
Withdrawal Right Exception
According to Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15/1-ı:
Right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services that have started to be performed with consumer consent before the withdrawal period expires.
Points Requiring Your Consent
You must confirm the following during purchase:
- I waive my right of withdrawal
- I want to start using the service immediately
- I understand I cannot request a refund in this case
Exception Cases
Refund can only be considered in the following cases:
- Service completely unusable due to technical failure
- Contract violation by SELLER
- Misleading information provided
5. SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
- Cancellation is processed immediately
- Auto-renewal is stopped
- Your access continues until end of current period
- No refund for remaining period
6. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
Your personal data is processed and protected under Law No. 6698 Personal Data Protection Law.

- Invoice information
