ARTICLE 2: SUBJECT OF CONTRACT

This contract regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the Premium subscription service ordered by the BUYER from the SELLER's website https://missxss.com.tr.

Service Type: Digital Subscription Service
Delivery Method: Instant digital access after payment confirmation
Access Period: During selected package period (1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months)

ARTICLE 3: PRICE AND PAYMENT

Pricing

Prices are displayed in Euro (EUR)
Prices do not include VAT
20% VAT applies for Turkish citizens
VAT exemption for international customers

Payment Method

Payments are made via credit card through PayTR secure payment infrastructure. PayTR is PCI-DSS certified.

Card information is not stored by our system. If desired, it can be stored by PayTR.

ARTICLE 4: DELIVERY

As it is a digital service, there is no physical delivery. Premium features are instantly activated on your account after payment confirmation.

ARTICLE 5: RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

IMPORTANT NOTICE

According to Distance Contracts Regulation Article 15/1-ı, the RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED for digital content and services that have begun to be performed with the consumer's consent before the withdrawal period expires.

Waiver of Right of Withdrawal

By checking the box "I waive my 14-day right of withdrawal and want to start using the service immediately" when purchasing Premium subscription:

You waive your right of withdrawal
You request the service to start immediately
You cannot request a refund in this case

you accept and declare.

Exception Cases

Refund requests can only be evaluated in the following cases:

Service could not be used at all due to technical failure
Contract violation by SELLER
Misleading information provided

ARTICLE 6: SUBSCRIPTION MANAGEMENT

Auto-Renewal

Premium subscription comes with auto-renewal (optional)
Renewal is notified 3 days in advance via email
Can be cancelled at any time from account settings
Access continues until the end of current period after cancellation

Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription using the "Cancel Subscription" button in your account settings. After cancellation:

Auto-renewal is stopped
Your Premium access continues until the end of current period
No refund for remaining period

ARTICLE 7: INVOICE AND DOCUMENTATION

E-Archive invoice is issued for each payment
Invoice is sent to your email address
You can view your invoices from our system.
Company invoice can be issued for corporate customers

ARTICLE 8: APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

For all disputes arising from this contract:

First, contact should be made via the email address [email protected] for dispute resolution.
Turkish Republic laws apply
Turkish courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction
Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction

By purchasing Premium subscription, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted all articles of this Distance Sales Agreement. Your electronic approval has the same legal validity as a wet signature.
