Important: Premium sales are not active. At launch, this general text must be completed automatically for each order with customer, plan, price, tax, term and payment details.
At launch, the durable form must include the customer’s name/business title, registered email, billing address and tax details where needed, plus order number and date.
Unless the order states otherwise, access is assigned to the MissXss account after successful payment. Confirmation and a contract copy are supplied by email or account on a durable medium.
For failed activation, contact [email protected]. Statutory remedies remain available for non-performance or defective service.
The order summary states the subscription term and expiry/renewal date. Recurring billing is never a hidden or default selection and requires an active choice.
Future renewal may be stopped through the account or [email protected]. The effective cancellation date and current-term access are disclosed before payment.
For services, the 14-day period generally starts when the contract is formed. Notice may be sent by an unequivocal statement to [email protected].
An exception may apply to services instantly performed electronically or intangible goods instantly delivered. Any required immediate-performance request and acknowledgement of its withdrawal effect are collected separately. Defective-service and non-performance remedies remain unaffected.
Send support and complaints to [email protected]. Mandatory consumer forums and remedies remain available under applicable law.
Digital services must conform to agreed characteristics; statutory repair, repeat performance, price reduction or termination remedies apply where legally available.
Order and billing data is processed under the Privacy Policy and KVKK Notice for performance, legal obligations, payment security and disputes. Contract and consent records are retained for legally required periods.
At checkout, the consumer actively confirms that the pre-information was available to read and save, the service and total price were shown and the order creates a payment obligation. Pre-ticked boxes are not used.
