Terms of Service

Important: Premium plan sales are not currently active. If paid services are launched, order-specific price, term and renewal details will be shown separately before payment.

1. Parties, scope and acceptance

These Terms are between XsystemSoft Software Services, which provides services under the MissXss brand, and each person who visits, registers for or uses the services.

By using the services, you accept these Terms, the referenced Privacy Policy and applicable feature rules. Mandatory rights available under consumer law remain unaffected.

2. Eligibility and account security

• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If you are a minor, you may use the services only with the permission and supervision of your legal representative.
• You must also comply with the age requirements and terms of Kick, Twitch, TikTok, YouTube, Discord and any other connected service.
• Keep your information current and protect credentials, API keys, overlay links and access tokens. Notify [email protected] promptly of suspected unauthorized access.
• Accounts, API keys and access rights may not be sold, rented or shared without authorization.

3. Services and third-party platforms

MissXss may provide chat management, bot commands, moderation, TTS, AI features, donation alerts, OBS overlays, stream games, a developer API, MissClicks and MissHud.

Connections depend on third-party APIs, permissions and policies. MissXss does not control their outages, policy changes or enforcement actions.

API and automation

• Send requests only within granted scopes and published documentation; do not bypass rate limits, security measures or access controls.
• Do not expose keys in client-side code or public repositories. Access may be limited, rotated or suspended for security, capacity or abuse prevention.

AI and TTS

• AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing important output.
• Deceptive voice imitation, unauthorized personal-data processing, harassment, fraud, infringement and unlawful content are prohibited.
• Additional terms and technical limits of model and voice providers may apply.

4. User content and stream responsibility

You retain rights in commands, messages, media, audio, custom HTML/CSS/JavaScript, AI prompts and other content you submit. You grant MissXss a worldwide, non-exclusive license, limited to the service period, to host, process, transform and display that content as needed to operate the service and your connected streams.

You confirm that you hold all necessary rights and permissions. You remain responsible for content displayed on your stream and for final moderation decisions.

5. Prohibited use

• Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, threats, harassment, hate, child exploitation or unauthorized surveillance.
• Spam, fake engagement, metric manipulation, raids or automation that violates third-party platform rules.
• Malware, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access, reverse engineering or bypassing resource and rate limits.
• Unauthorized collection or disclosure of personal data, OAuth tokens, stream keys or confidential information.
• Impersonation, false endorsement or unauthorized resale of MissXss services.

6. Intellectual property and license

MissXss software, design, marks, documentation and service content belong to XsystemSoft Software Services or its licensors. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use them under these Terms.

Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses. We may use non-confidential feedback without charge to improve the services.

7. Free and future paid services

The scope, fair-use limits and availability of free features may change. Before any paid order, we will show the total price, taxes, term, payment method, renewal status and cancellation method.

A recurring plan renews only if clearly disclosed and selected at checkout. Cancellation stops the next charge; the current term and statutory refund rights remain subject to the order terms and applicable law.

If card payments are introduced, card data will be processed by the payment provider. MissXss will receive only limited transaction status and billing records needed to provide the service.

8. Suspension and termination

You may close your account and revoke connected-platform permissions. Access may be proportionately limited or terminated for a breach, security risk, unlawful activity, unpaid fees or conduct threatening service integrity.

Except for urgent security or legal cases, we will provide a reason and appeal channel where reasonably possible. Provisions that by nature should survive will remain effective.

9. Availability, warranties and liability

We use reasonable efforts to keep the service secure and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, a particular streaming outcome, revenue or continuing third-party compatibility.

Liability that cannot legally be excluded and mandatory consumer remedies remain unaffected. Otherwise, liability for indirect loss, lost revenue or lost data is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Changes, governing law and contact

Material changes will be announced before taking effect through the service or registered email. If you disagree, you may stop using the service.

The laws of the Republic of Türkiye apply, without restricting mandatory consumer jurisdiction or protections available in your country of residence.
